Our story
Maple & Vine opened in 2019, two blocks east of where its founders — Maya Tanaka and Vincent Park — used to pull shots at a different café. They had a small theory: that good mornings deserve a place built around them. So they roasted, they baked, and they kept the music low. Seven years later, regulars walk in for the same cortado and a barista who still knows their name.
